At Ballistics John Outfitters, we aim to provide quality shooting, hunting, and reloading products backed by trusted suppliers and reliable service.

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Be in their original packaging and condition
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

For safety, quality-control, and liability reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, modified, or improperly stored after delivery.

Return Process

To request a return, customers must contact us before sending any items back.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos if applicable

Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refund processing depending on banking and payment-provider timelines.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item supplied was incorrect or defective.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reloading Components & Safety

Reloading components, bullets, and shooting-related products must be used responsibly and in accordance with safe handloading practices and applicable South African laws.

Ballistics John Outfitters and its suppliers cannot accept liability for damages, injury, equipment failure, or misuse resulting from improper handloading procedures, unsafe firearm practices, incorrect load data, or unauthorized product modification.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility and suitability for their intended application before use.
